The Recent Graduates Program is administered primarily by each hiring agency. Each agency must sign a Participant Agreement with the Recent Graduate that sets forth the expectations for the Program. When the final Pathways rule takes effect this July, agencies will have to provide OPM with information regarding their opportunities and post. This program is for recent graduates with an advanced degree—either a professional or graduate degree such as a master’s, Ph.D. You may be eligible if you: Have completed an advanced degree from a qualifying educational institution or program within the past two years of the annual application opening date. The NIH offers opportunities through the Federal Pathways program designed to give students and recent graduates at every level a dynamic experience. Cons of Mint:
· One of the negatives of this software is that syncing all accounts can sometimes be time taking and tedious.
· The investing section of the software is not exhaustive and this too is a drawback.
· It is not possible to generate a report except by importing a CSV file which is a big limitation.
