To download the required XenServer license file from My Account, complete the following procedure:

1. Open www.citrix.com/account and logon with your user name and password. My Account window is displayed.

2. Click View Licenses from the Licensing section:
   

3. Click Activate and Allocate Licenses menu, select XenServer license, and click Continue button.
   

4. In the Configure page, enter the Host ID of your Citrix License Server and click Continue button.
   

5. Click Confirm to allocate the license.
   

6. Click OK.

7. Click Download to download the license file, and save the file in the local repository.
   

8. Navigate to the license server and open the License Administration Console.

9. Add the license file. Refer to the Knowledge Center article, CTX126338- How to Add Allocated License Files to the License Administration Console for more information on adding license files.
